That is just ridiculous to me. I cannot understand why you nitwits would be charging only 200 bucks per paysite. Each paysite I have designed has taken hours, days, to complete.

I put in tons of hours in just trying to do the layout in my head and on paper.

For $200 you ppl must been just throwing enough shit at the wall and hoping it sticks. either that or you're outsourcing to some poor bastard in india.

It's a shame you hurt the rest of the designers out there by offering 200 designs. And if you dont think youre hurting everyone including yourself and the customer then you're a moron.

Some people live in countries where $200 is more than most people make in a month.

You're still just starting out. Once you've managed to bang a few of the reality type tours out, they're all a snap. When I was really cooking I could bang one out in a day.

You also build up your graphic design assets and skills, so things go quicker.

So time wise, it's possible. And if you live in some third world shithole, $200 for a few days work is pretty damn good.

No way I'd fly a $200 paysite design on any of my sites.

and with the number of people who are out there straight up screwing good designers on their work (not paying in full, not payng at all, etc etc) it hardly makes being a designer worthwhile at all...

its called diversifying.. sure, for 200 bucks you cant expect to get a top notch stand up bro like design masterpiece of art kind of site... but theres a lot of webmasters out there that just wanna venture into the paysite biz and cant afford a 2k+ fully pimped out package.. why lose that business?!
