Hey guys, I just started an NSFW link dump, and made a custom design for it.

What do you all think are the best ways to promote it?

I was thinking. Directory submissions, link exchanges and buying plugs?

Does getting a good Pagerank matter at all?

What are the top 3 steps someone should take w hen they start a link dump?
