i asked a few times.. why.. we dont reopen accounts.. why? why did you close it, you wernt using it. well, what if i had plans of using it at a later date, then you should have been using it since you got it. this was the best line of this convo

I don't really care for accounts being closed due to inactivity unless it was for a period of 2+ years. Why not leave it open anyway? Is it a security issue?

i thought about it, and camazoncash.com is offering epass payments and im pushing them some traffic (www.camazoncash.com converts, check em out)

so i figured id set that up with them and roll with it

30 mins on hold for that idea to be shot to shit.

So inactivity was no incoming or outgoing right? bummer..

My last call to them 49 minutes on hold. Finally got somebody who did not understand my question. How many characters are allowed in the notes section when sending epassporte payments? Their customer service is top notch for sure.

If accounts do not pay the annual virtual card fee it will be closed after a period of inactivity.
To avoid to have your account closed leave money it to cover the virtual card fee ($5 a year,)

That makes sense.. if you're not paying the fee of course they'll close it.

and if not suffer the hold times + being told your account is closed due to fraud once you go to log in + cant get your account set back up.
