Lets look at this at a slightly different angle.

As it stands if you take a persons picture and its explicit in nature you are considered a Primary producer.

If someone was to make a homemade porn movie and submit it to your site for internet viewing would the same rules apply?

If you had some kind of an online age verification method such as those that Tobacco companies have would it not then fall back on the person submitting falling within the walls of Purgry?

We have been racking our data bases trying to come up with a clear method of online age verification via internet.

Anyone care to discuss?

LOL you know thats not a half bad idea however I recently read about some guy who met a girl on one of those and had sex with her only to find out that the girl was 16 years old:(
I think he is actually in the process of trying to sue the dating site at the present.

It seems that as advanced as the internet seems to be it still has not gotten past this with total certainty..

Ifriends (webpower, aka clickcash) does all of their model indentification methods online.
Just sign up as a cam dude and pay attention to the process and well then you will know how they do it.

This could be a start and Im sure alot of sites out there have something that asks the age of the submitter signing up but look at a site like Myspace:(

That kind of age verification is very weak and I a site showing people having consensual sex needs something more solid!

Alot of web cam sites (do not) show people having or doing anything sexual at all so there methods could also be a good base to start but I would once again need something more solid!

I have one but the "guidelines you mentioned above" are not the same as a record keeping script. Record keeping and age verification are two different things.

It's currently not possible to verify age online and any companies who do or attempt to do it are not following the law.

I know thats what I thought Im just trying to see if anyone out here has thought of this or has any Ideas.

At the end of the day, the FBI doesnt know the difference between a youtube clone or a mgp. You are ultimately responsible for the content on your site. To be safe collect the ids and index them into a system that tracks every url where the images of that model exist.

The purpose stated above? You have mention 2 purposes above and failed to clarify what exactly it is that you want the script to do.

Such a system will be considered as a violation of private info. I have no idea about the USA, but in EU you'll get a serious jail time for that.

I don't think you need any software for that. Just keep it in folders, e.g:
model #1 name (set #1 name)/
model #2 name (set #2 name)/
etc...

Put all the docs (their id's, release etc) to the appropriate dirs. The file directory system could be also considered as a database. Furthermore, it's very easy to make an utility which will build 2257 model list in any format you want (plain text, pdf with embedded scans, html file etc)
