i noticed after a few attempts of getting used to it it did somewhat help....

now if it can make my spasm go away....then ill be a happy juicy

you lie back on it and just chillllllllllllllllll its a weird feeling... ill have a better report in a week or so.

If this thing will make my back spasm stop ill praise it for life.
