Opera browser has mouse gestures where you dont need the keyboard at all to reload the page.

Hold right mouse button move and mouse up and down to refresh page.

I can do that without opera I hold the mouse pointer over the refresh button and I press down....

I think I was thinking something more like VAIspy or something similar... mouse is way to manual... might as well have to push 3 f5 buttons if im wasting that much time...
