I'm looking to develop a web 2.0 project that will have to be able to scale very quickly. Looking for firms experienced with:

Horizontial scaling
Database sharding / data federation
Reverse Proxy caching
AJAX infrastructure

Who can build and support large scale projects. Location in the bay area is perferred and the project is none-adult.
