Muscle Toning Pads??
 

Has anybody ever used those muscle toning pads that I've seen around.

Basically put some electric current through your muscles to make them contract by themselves.

With the amount of hours I spend on my ass, I could be hooked up to one all day and get a six pack in no time!!

They do not work.

My aunt had one of those.. I believe it was a tinge unit

It just made her muscles flex.. I guess there is some medicinal use for this.

Is that safe for your health?

they'll contract the muscles enough to get a workout, but you wont see those 6 pack abs if you're a fatso

Start dieting instead of buying such crap like that

they don't work

i used them and they did work, but now my muscles randomly twitch every once in a while for hours on end...
i would suggest not using them, maybe try using free weights will only take you 15 mins a day to get your six pack :)
