I recently saw one off the coast of Miami that has 2 fresh water wells and can get cell signals on most of the island. Its was being sold for $15million... So thinking that one might be a little over priced... :pimp

8 figures UKP for a 65 year old structure of metal and concrete in the sea? Probably cheaper to build one yourself and start a competing nation. :winkwink:

20 years it will be much smaller due to global warming and sea level rise. Should be much cheaper then.
