this photog who shot this pic has a right to $ made from it. why does everyone think this guy has it as the number one tile on the tour?

he doesn't wake up in the morning and say "hey i think i'll just go down the street and shoot paris hilton." the guy works his balls off to have people build celeb shit from stolen stuff.
