Too Much Media Announces Support Police Change
As of June 1st, 2007, Too Much Media is pleased to announce a major change to their product support policies. Effective immediately, all leased levels of NATS, CARMA, and RSSdish will officially be allowed an unlimited number of free support tickets, or instances. This change does not affect support boundaries, nor does this change effect pricing for premium or custom services.

Freehold, New Jersey, 06/12/2007 ? Too Much Media, in an effort to improve the quality of their product support standards, was pleased to announce that the imposed limitation on the number of included free support instances allowed per month for leased software solutions has been officially lifted. While the policy of free support instance limitation has not been enforced in many months, John Albright, co-owner and co-founder of Too Much Media, feels that the time has come to make the policy change official. ?We realized some time ago that restricting clients to a limited number of free support instances per month was not conducive to providing quality support,? John said about the support policy. ?We haven?t enforced a limit on free support instances in a long time and even when we did, we really didn?t [enforce a limit]; so it was time to make the policy change official.?

As of June 1st, 2007, there will officially be no limitation on the number of free support instances a client can submit to Too Much Media, regardless of their account type. Only leased software is affected ? outright purchases are not affected by this change. This change covers all software solutions in the Too Much Media family of products. It should be noted that support boundaries are unaffected by this change and the pricing for any additional products or services has also remained unchanged.

TMM's product offerings are superior to anything out. The constant effort to improve, the best documentation and they have the quickest response time to tickets... you can't go wrong with TMM.

I'm glad we're working with them - http://www.getnats.com

I would suspect since it's an ongoing case that they can't talk about it, but that's just best guess.
