JenMadison.com for sale Complete Solo/MILF site

I figured I'd try one more time to see if I can get any interest. You can see the whole story in this thread. Here's the details about the site. The site has 65 exclusive videos, 115 exclusive pic sets, about 30 hours of live show archives, two tours, the custom content manager, a blog, the affiliate program, numerous galleries, and other promo material. The site has around 200 members currently. The site reopened in February, after being part of another program. Sales from February 1 through June 11 are:
Gross Sales: $14,732.40
Net Sales: $12,116.42

These numbers are based on getting about 2000-3000 uniques a day, most of which we send via TGP's.
The affiliate program has around 250 affiliates and is run through CCBill.

All our equipment has been seized and we are strapped for cash. We are currently in the process of getting a new home (in a different area). So ideally we would like to sell this to get back on our feet. We would be willing to work out an arrangement to continue to produce content and be involved in the site, because that is what is needed to make it successful.

We have had a number of offers for partnerships, but that isn't ideal because we have no equipment to continue. Ideally, we would like to get $55K for everything. If you are interested please contact me, or if you know of someone else who might be please pass this along. If you have traffic, it could be a great investment.

Ouch, $55k?

Good luck with that...

djroof 06-12-2007 07:45 AM

Good luck mate!

If you ignore everything but the exclusive content, that works out to about $300 per pic set or video. I haven't priced exclusive content, but what is the going rate?

CIVMatt 06-12-2007 07:55 AM

55k for a 200 member site?! I'm guess there will be no more Jen updates on top of that

Why not finish moving and keep running the site?

Yes there can/will be more Jen updates.

"We would be willing to work out an arrangement to continue to produce content and be involved in the site, because that is what is needed to make it successful."

We just need to get equipment. As I said previously, we had just started back on Feb 1. If you take sales divide by $30 per sale that puts you at around 500 sales, if you take 3000 uniques per day times Feb 1 through now, we are converting at around 1:800. If you have traffic, the math makes sense.

Ican tell you right now..it ain't that
with $55k I can build a whole new program with 10 sites
Bring the price down to $20-25k,

Wow, you can get girls who will shoot 30 minutes of exclusive hardcore video for less than $300 per video and who will do it on an ongoing basis?

Gotcha! Jen's cute glad to hear she'll keep on keeping on.

UncutBucksMike 06-12-2007 09:05 AM

Gotta agree with you Matt, but then again I'm a little biased LOL.

For those of you who aren't interested in buying, how about sending some traffic so we can get back up and running! Like I said, the site IS NOT closing. If I can't sell, I will continue it. It's just a matter of replacing stuff and getting a good location (with proper zoning, etc.) I refuse to let the forces of censorship push us out.

ExtremeBank_Adam 06-12-2007 09:06 AM

$55k does seem a bit high, especially considering the unknown future of the site. What is Jen going to charge for future updates to keep it "alive"? The buyer knows the site is nothing without the model, and the model knows the buyer will have to pay to keep the site going. Not a good scenario if you're the one buying it. Seems a partnership may be a better option to me.

However, I do wish you both the best of luck, and hope that everything works out ok for you. Sorry that you're caught in this situation.

UncutBucksMike 06-12-2007 09:13 AM

Thanks for the support Adam. We are willing to lock in a fair pricing structure for updates with a buyer in the contract. Let me make this completely clear, we want the site to succeed! We have invested a lot of time and effort into this and have a core of loyal members who we intend to take care of. We are not looking to get rich, we want a fair deal in which both parties can be successful. We just need to get past this limbo state with no location or equipment asap.

UncutBucksMike 06-12-2007 10:33 AM

bump for after lunch

CaptainHowdy 06-12-2007 11:51 AM

Bumpo for you !!

jonesonyou 06-12-2007 11:53 AM

bump. Tough industry good luck.

Sounds a bit much for only a few subscribers.

Yes you can. My husband owns a few adult websites and we get e-mails from women that would shoot anything. I can hire a girl to do a hardcore video for an hour and pay less then $300. The newer models are looking to get their foot in the door and they will shoot for cheap on an ongoing basis.

55K is steep for a site that is that new. A friend of mine sold his website privateglamour a few months ago for $150,000. That included thousands of pictures, video's and a few thousand members. If you look at the quality of the pictures on that website, the person that bought that site got a great deal. If I was going to pay 55K I would want a lot more content then what you are offering. I would go for the partnership deal.

What is the URL? I would love to see what you can get for that amount. You should just start shooting up content at those prices. I would think you could make a killing selling it off with those kind of production costs.

Well that is the problem that we are having. We don't want to shoot hardcore video's or pics, but the models that keep e-mailing us do. He is having his website desertcuties being rebuilt. It is a site that has newer models and he wants to shoot up to penthose solo style nudity only. He explains that to these girls that he wants to shoot them solo and asks them their rates, they will e-mail back that they want to shoot with a man and that they will do hardcore video's or pictures for $150 an hour. So they will do an hour hardcore video for $150. It is not hard to find good looking models that will shoot hardcore video for less then $300 an hour. If any of you are looking for hardcore models hit me up and I will send you their info since that is not what we are looking for. These women are pretty good looking as well.

I am not sure how the age of a site has much bearing on the value. You could possibly assume something based off Alexa or Overture numbers, but age would be pretty irrelevant. There are some sites that have been around for 6 or 7 years that still don't appear to be doing anything. The site you mention does have some very nicely shot glamour bikini and nude pics, but again that is very different than our site. Thank you for your opinion on the value, but I guess we just disagree.

it depend on the content.. but that seem high.. I normally buy or sell around 100 to 150 dollars a set ( about 100 pics per set or 10 min video)

Catalyst 06-12-2007 04:14 PM

I read some place.. you should look at

1 year net
and
6 month gross

so I think for 5 months around 15K.. so some where in the range of 15K to 20K cash would be fair I think.

You are right that the two sites are different. I just meant that his website was already an established website, has thousands of pictures, hundreds of video's and already had a few thousand members when he sold it. So the people that bought it knew that they already have a few thousand members, and that they would make their money back pretty fast. I am not saying that your website is a bad site. I am just saying that if you only have the content you mentioned and 200 members that is a high price to pay for that website. If you can get someone to pay 55K for it, more power to you. It never hurts to try and get your asking price. Good luck with the site. I hope it works out either way. :)
