Do You email receipts to your customers when you rebill them?
Do You Email receipts when you rebill customers? I know some gateways offer that feature. They even allow you to send a notice several days in advance notifying them that their account we be rebilled in a couple of days. Do you think this is a good precaution to mimimize chargebacks and refunds etc?

Yeah, I think our system send notice of pending charge, the invoice and notice of payment made.
We have some people that don't like all the emails, but we prefer that there are no questions. |

Verotel has this feature.. i dont like it personally i just put it in big bold letters that they will be rebilled every 30 days i think in overall it works best for me
