it's free, you install it, pretty simple, one folder with one php file, load it from your browser, ept, same thing. $150 will get paid versions of both, or the free version of comus skims 2%. we have a discounted version that if you use some of the sponsors on our list, you get it cheaper and even recieve some free traffic if you put this all on Webair hosting!

I've heard good things about Smart Thumbs and comus thumbs.
I believe smart thumbs has the completely free version.
