Why do you want what you cant have?
 

If there are 2 apples on a table and one is all flawed and horrid and the other is perfect why, when told you cant have the flawed one do you want it soooo bad?

Maybe it's about expectation. You can see the flaws of the apple, if the core is rotten you're not surprised, and you've been told not to take it anyway. Perhaps it's the temptation of finding an incredibly sweet apple underneath.

The perfect apple loses some of it's appeal because it's just the way it looks, there's no depth.
