using the building as a hostel might be the worse business for it. you have to have at least 2 employees for reception and cleaning - depends how big it is.
you should be there everyday unless you like to be cheated...

the good thing is you have the opportunity to bang some backpacker girls ;)

current commerical building isn't going into a hostel. no chance in hell of that.


many welfare hotels downtown winnipeg now - super cheap great locations and if renoED can be made into one.

ask joe sixpack. he's the king of insider knowledge of hostels. hostels can kick some major ass for meeting people when you're far from home, but i can't imagine them making much money. *shrug*
