i have just a simple tgp script on one of my pages just for a start but i ve heard there is a quid to be made and was wondering got any tips..

The Shemp was kind enough to give you a tip - you missed it. This does not bode well for you. It is a competitve business, so if you have your head up your ass you won't have much success. Going to a board named Go Fuck Yourself and asking people to teach you how to make money is not a bright move. You might as well tape a sign on your back that says "kick me". That screams out "newbie", and newbies are raw meat here. If you need to be taught, you're at the wrong place. Go to google and do a search on newbie webmaster resources, they will probably return 20 pages on that query.

TGP is really obsolete now... Try to come up with a new idea... but to come up with new ideas you will have to bust your ass and waste time learning from a dead idea like TGP.

You can waste all sorts of time reviewing "quality" galleries --

These days you will need scripts -- scripts that can pull down galleries from a database somewheres, etc. -- think multiples... think of niches and bitches that nobody has seen -- think about movies and massive amounts of bandwidth.

If you doodoo a TGP, best to find some friends that have galleries -- then just post each other's galleries -- do trades on your TGP w/ a CJ script -- throw some banners here and there and you're making minimum wage now...

But at this stage in the game it's really a waste of time to try to get bookmarkers for a new TGP with "quality" listings -- that's like going to Sears, buying a bunch of tools and sheet metal -- and then try to build a "better" Rolls Royce... MAYBE you could do it -- but you're already so far behind you would be better off taking up mountain climbing and then looking for sponsorships LOL.

1) Take all the squid off your TGP. Squid are not generally considered erotic, so they aren't helping to set the mood required to facilitate porn site sales.

The TGP itself will make you very little money. There are way too many of them around right now, and new ones face heavy competition.
However, you can use them to generate traffic, which in turn you can use to feed your other ventures. Ofcourse, those other ventures will require some thought, and it's best to make them as original as possible.

1. Design a good tgp.

2. fill it up with all the free scripts you can find and sponsor content.

3. sell on ebay to another newbie looking to mke money with a tgp.


The people making money in tgp's are already following this plan so you have competition there too.
