Paying solo girls
 

If i were to start a sologirl site how much do you guys pay the model. I think a % ammount would be better as it encourages her to participate more with members etc.

What is the standard? And also, in regards to photography, should i take lessons or somewhere learn about how to take good photos. They dont have to be perfect but should atleast show her in a good way.

if you aren't a photographer... don't think it just happens.... sure you can take pictures.. but the quality of them increases with experience. Same goes for video. If you don't know what you are doing, better to work with someone who does.

Lately, I think the fairest way to pay a sologirl model is on a set salary with regularly scheduled salary reviews. With the current condition of the sologirl model market, the "reward" for doing a good job and for being a good model should be called "keeping your job for another month".

Up front is too risky, and on commission makes models expect to be paid forever. Everyone that works for Lightspeed is on salary, why should our models be different?

By paying on commission, you are making a bad bet that the girl has enough patience to allow the site to grow. If her check after the first month isn't a good one, she's GONE.

smart move...these girls are the most unreliable girls in the planet..hard to find a business minded girl thats in it for the long run.

% is ok if you have a contract which gives you 100% ownership if she flakes out.
