Need a script. If you can offer any recommendations, they would be wholeheartedly appreciated.

Fully customizable, fully configurable webmaster affiliate program script for 30~ paysites. Basic script features must include:

Should interact with Paycom/Epoch
Paid per sign up, whether free trials or paid trials
Configurable pay out rates
Sliding pay scale, based on performance
Revenue sharing program, with configurable %'s
Webmaster referral %/flat rate pay outs
Any blatantly obvious features which should be included in any good affiliate script that are asinine to mention here

Administrative functions must include:

The ability to examine conversion ratios/quality of traffic for individual affiliates
Fully configurable payouts
Adding banners/promotional material from a UI script, as opposed to manually with HTML (Link codes should be conveniently located for webmasters, as well)
A very user friendly administrative UI with all obvious features
Must export payout data to accounting software (eg - Quickbooks)
Any other necessary features that I failed to mention here in this brief laundry list

We are looking for a reasonable price -- not ricidulous on either end of the spectrum. And this is needed as expeditiously as possible, as waiting is a waste of money. If you know anyone who perhaps has an affiliate program script ready and can customize it according to our needs please direct that person to this thread or to the below email address. If you are in possession of a script such as this, and have adequate programming skills to adapt this to our needs, please email us below. A script made from scratch is probably not needed, as this would take too much time. If you can do a script from scratch, feel free to email us with a time estimate. (Note: If you tell us a date, we expect to have it by that date -- else there will be financial penalties).

I apologize if I sound very demanding, but if everything isn't straight on the front end, things don't work out. And there isn't any time to waste.
