Taco Bell does not equal Mexican anything. "REAL" Mexican food is a true spark of heaven in your mouth.

Fast food is a great system cleaner though.. Backed up a little, just hit a Taco Bell and everything will smooth right out.

I'm having Nachos Supreme for breakfast....big bowl of cheese flavoured tortilla
chips topped with authentic chili con carne, grilled onions and peppers, grilled
chili peppers and 2 different kinds of cheese (cure cheddar, and cured dutch)
put it in the oven for 15 minutes so the cheese melts over the rest of the dish
and voila buen approveche!

I'd rather skip it than find a way to burn off that 520 calories of which 250 calories are fat (14gms of saturated fat and 2gms of transfat), not to mention the 1510mg of sodium.

Oh wait.. 2 would be twice that.
