I don't smoke but I think it's pretty fucking stupid to ban cigarette smoking from "Coffee Shops."

I dont smoke either, but to take the RIGHTS away from a biz owner is wrong. If there was a call for non-smoking coffee shops, bars, and other shit then those owners would do it themselves and make a killing!

What is next? Mormon bars where they serve milk and cookies?

For what my wife tells me.
Sometime next year, over in Louisville, they are going to ban smoking in the city.
She says, they will fine you, even if your smoking while walking down the street.

I dunno know if it is true or not.
But, city, county or even state governments have no business telling an owner of a resturant, bar or where ever, that they don't have the right to choose if they want to allow smoking or not, in their place of business.
I feel, the so called goverments are crossing the line and taking away our rights.
next thing ya know..they will trying to pass laws if we can smoke, fuck or when to shit, in our own homes.
