Best bet on a roulette table is not to play. Look it up, your absolute WORST odds are on roulette tables. No other game (other than slots) has a greater disadvantage for the player.

You might as well just send me the cold hard cash. At least I'd guarantee you some good entertainment.

haha perhaps

i walked up and put 160 on black last weekend and it landed on red :\

also azn ppl are really good at poker

spread, and play slow. Play 13-18 AND 18 - 36. Now you're playing 1/3rd of the whole table. so you put your chances to 66.6% instead of 50% with red/black bets. it can ad up. I pulled in 17 K once and I started with 500 bucks. But if you get a streak of low numbers you're fucked. The again isn't that why you're playing . some adrenaline.. lol

Good luck man

Well i would say playing the outside is better then inside .
The odds for the individual numbers is totally rediculous .
Better off playing poker ;)

Roulette is my game. I rarely walk away broke.

I have had my best results covering a max of 5 numbers. For me that's 2,5,34,36 & 0. I try to stay away from 0,00 tables so I find the single 0.

If I find myself at the 0,00 tables I play the basket.

When losing and I need to extend my time at the table (for ratings and a shot at winning) I play inside/outside: Either red or black AND one of the 2to1 odds bets (1st 12, 2nd 12, 3rd 12 etc). That way my chance of losing drops considerably. It usually gets me back to playing form. Sometimes I do that throughout the game.

I like risk but I never play what I can't lose. And when I'm having my ass handed to me on a sesame seed bun I just go play Blackjack... the odds are so much better! Haha

play blackjack instead, much better odds...

Look up for martingale system... but you'll still lose anyways... there's no secret strategy that really works at roulette.

http://www.okthen.com/martingale/

looks like its a system of betting for stupid

you have to have unlimited bankroll and no table limits for it to work/be worth it

k0nr4d 06-09-2007 02:14 PM

theres a system i read about for betting
bet say $10 on red or something
if you win bet another $10 on red, but if you lose double your bet. if you win you keep on your $10 bet.

Doesn't have to be 10 buxs, but its a slow and sure way to end up with more money, unless of course you hit a really bad losing streak and hit the table limit :)

What he said. Go play craps. Better odds, more fun.

Blackjack and roulette you can continually double your bets, hoping you never reach the max bet. In blackjack you sit with the lowest amount of people, in roulette you never move your outside bets.

You can bet the columns and cover two giving you a 1 win odd or break even odd or you bet 66% of the wheel which also has a statistical advantage. The reason roulette is tagged as the worst odds is simply because the ball could land in the same spot every time. And 12% of roles land on the previous number. Everything is about statistics with roulette, but other factors like the speed of the wheel, the speed of the ball and it's rotations, and how deep the groves are changes the statistics of that wheel.

Wheels can get grooved too, which is why they rotate them and the table. When they get grooved they will statistically drop in one area of the wheel more often. If you can learn the table change of the wheels you can get another advantage by playing the same wheel more often.

the odds are against you
so in long term you will always lose

the only chance to actually make some money is to win once and never play again

p.s.
there are 37 numbers (1-36 and zero)
and when u hit a number straight u get your bet x 36 (or even x35 in some casinos)
so in long term u will always lose

roulette tables on the vegas strip have 0 and 00 so there are 38 spots and your odds to win are even worse!
