In her opinion are breast implants OK. because everyone has to decide for himself which is right or wrong. The skinny woman beside her argues that there is a high risk so you can even die. This is the reason why they are in a conflict. The one with big boobs likes a nice huge cleavage and the thin woman hates big breasts.
