Not long at all. Maybe a month or so tops. I have had similar results in days though.

Bliggo Ads and Phrase Links are quite different. I personally find Bliggo Ads to be more effective and easier to control the outcome.

It also depends on what your doing. ie mainstream, adult, etc.
