Home A/V enthusiasts......

Home theater power regulators and the like.....

I've had my eye on this one by Monster Cable but I have a narrow width limitation of no more than 17" so I'm fucked.

Belkin makes a similar one that is 17.5" :(

Any suggestions other than expanding the opening I already have?

Well, I posted this thread over 13 hours ago and not a single response yet.

So.....All you little bastards need to go back to watching Saturday morning cartoons and ask your Mommy or Daddy to check out GFY and help answer the grown up questions.

I should have known not to post a serious question here. Seems people still have reading comprehension problems.

Widening the opening would require an entire wall to be torn down an rebuilt. Why would I do that to gain .5"?

Doesn't matter if I'm using milk crates.

They're one of the worst companies around. Their products are crap, 99% of their marketing is lies, not to mention most of their stuff is a 1000% overpriced.

They're even worse then Bose

How does this respond to the question at hand?

I've used Monster Cable products for years and have been very happy with them. Overpriced is an opinion based on what one person is willing to pay for a product or service. Cheap/broke people tell me my content is over priced but those who like it still pay for it.

Now, rather tan interjecting your opinion on Monster Cable, how about if you offer a helpful suggestion instead? What would you use?

I know nothing off the top of my head, but Belkin or TrippLite may make something that will fit.

APC makes one that is 17" wide

Just put it on it's side, it only needs 6.25" that way.

It's not really an opinion. But whatever.

One's I'd suggest were already mentioned, Berklin and APC.

Have you tested your homes power to see if you even need a conditioner?

Both are too wide.

That could work but I've not been happy with APC products in the past. Still...It's something to consider.

Thank you. :)
