Steam room = water

Eat tuna/ white chicken and low fat salad only and do 1h of fatburning daily + muscle work out

you'll see differences in the first couple weeks ;)

go on a high protein and low carb eating habit, eat 4-6 small meals per day.
remember your body only can consume 25-30grams of protein per meal. Here's a break down, and you got to stay focused & disciplined!!! good luck bitch!

PROTEIN

1lb chicken 75g
1lb lean red meat 95g
1lb fish 75g
1lb turkey 135g
1 egg white 4g
Protein shake 35g (any whey protein is fine)


CARBS
GOOD CARBS COMPLEX CARBS
POTATO, SWEET POTATO, BROWN RICE, BROC&CAULI, MOST ALL VEGGIES
BAD CARBS STARCH CARBS
BREAD, PASTA, SODAS, ANYTHING PROCESSED AND BLEACHED


YOUR BODY CAN ONLY CONSUME 20-30grams of protein PER MEAL!

YOU SHOULD EAT 4-6 MEALS PER DAY EVERY 3HRS

YOU SHOULD DO CARDIO AT LEAST FOR 30MIN 3X PER WEEK

3DAY ALL PROTEIN NO CARBS

3DAYS PROTEIN AND CARBS

My girl got a weight watchers cookbook.. we dont really count calories or anything but dont eat till we are stuffed anymore.. small to normal sized portions. And with our new dogs walk a good few miles every week. I still eat some junk food here and there, but keep the servings small.

Was about 20lbs outside my typical weight for my body type, but lost 12 pounds over the last 2 weeks. Wasnt fat to begin with, I've always been lean, but have been starting to get that computer nerd fat back/ass. Its going away now :)

Shes was never fat, but a little outside her range too.. shes dropping weight slower, but has been doing this longer than I have, and has lost about 11lbs too.. looking hotter and hotter every day.. She got pissed when I beat her by a lb in less time, though :(

Our new thing is bison meat. The stuff tastes as good as regular beef, and is better for you than fish or chicken, and its red meat that is actually GOOD for your heart (WTF?!?)

1. Buy magnetic treadmill and run at least 30 minutes every day

2. Don`t eat shit (hamburgers, candies etc.)

3. Don`t drink sodas, drink pure water
