What's up with IBILL recently?
I got an e-mail just now from someone who tried to join and the error message told him that the web good page was missing??
I've done nothing, like make new sub accounts or anything.. so I know it's not me.

called ibill customer support and they told me the webgood pages are working but that he would open a ticket and have the programmers look into it. :feels-hot

a few days ago my ibill .htpasswd file went totally empty on my server. My hosting comp told me some of their costumers also detected this error.

lucky, I saw the problem and corrected it in no time.

i got a note from my program owner that ibill has not been counting some sales recently, id be interested to know how they get credited, assuming they are...

guys guys guys working to hard to have to go thru shit with a biller its not like they are free they charge 10-15%

if i would have a single fucking problem i would switch just go to ccbill or someone that is hassel free not bullshit everyday

You're not alone. We have a client using our services with iBill as their primary biller and we've seen this behavior on several occassions. We thought the problem was on our side, but narrowed it down to the customer never getting their webgood page.

Instead of webgood page missing, the subscribers were getting "bad file name or number" errors.

I believe this occurred four times for this one client. :helpme

What time did your errors occur, maybe we can match up the timeframe and send that to iBill for review?
