hey, just trying to help out. I've never had any trouble with putty under Win2k, you should really consider cleaning that XP shit up :thumbsup

Build a linux server.

Install ssh on that.

Then telnet in to that.

Then ssh out to your sites.

You would be amazed at the less headaches you will have.

:thumbsup

It will run on windows 3.11 believe it or not.

Heh it's how I do things from my office. I use an old pentium 75 and debian for the linux server. Why throw away computers that still work.

:thumbsup

And yup Microsoft Telnet at least I can copy and paste to it without it closing or crashing.

:thumbsup

SecureCRT is decent. For about the last year I've just used PuTTY though, nice and small, stable on my copy of XP...

You can get SecureCRT at www.vandyke.com

DrGuile 08-28-2002 05:11 AM

I use secureCRT

Wilbo 08-28-2002 05:39 AM

Secure CRT here also.....works great on XP

I used to use the left and it felt great, now I jack off with both so I'm thinking of new things everyday. :1orglaugh
