TMZ has learned that Judge Michael T. Sauer has ordered that Paris Hilton appear in court for the hearing, which is scheduled to take place at 9:00 AM PDT.

A Los Angeles County Sheriff's vehicle is already on the way to pick up the heiress from her West Hollywood home.

stupid - absolutely stupid. the original order stated by judge, "no home confinement".. not eating and crying every day doesn't get you out of jail.

sorry, but if she had a condition that stopped her from being in a confined space, then they should have known about it.

shes a spoiled brat that doesn't like being punished - she is crying just like I'm sure to her daddy to get what she wants. She and other celebs like her feel they are above the law, and to be treated like anyone of us is wrong.

fuck her - throw her in jail - she doesn't eat then show the movie Gandhi a few times, I think he lasted about as long as her stay in jail is suppose to be, at least he brought a nation together.
