Angle's body is so beat up. His neck doesn't stand a chance in a true MMA fight, unless the fight is staged.

Is this going to become a trend? Pro wrestlers joining UFC, Bodog, etc.?

It seems in the late 90's it was kind of the other way around with Dan Severn, Ken Shamrock, Tank Abbot, etc. going into pro wrestling.
