I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction to start doing my research.

I am looking to start a few adult websites with streaming video content that will offer monthly memberships and/or pay by minute (buy time)

I am already all set with content from a friend who owns a publishing company, have some good programmers and graphics design people for the site but needed to learn more about a few things...
the logistics of having the streaming videos readily accessible to members
after a purchase

-how to promote your site to drive traffic
-who are the best companies to align yourself with (to handle monetary transactions and hosting, servers ect)

Sorry if i sound naive but.....well that is because I am and have some grand plans in my head but not sure where or how to start!

This is good information to look into to start......
I am still curious as to the best way to get the content onto the site for instant streaming access to paying customers....

To answer one question yes the content I will use will be owned by my partner in this site who owns a production company.

I just feel very overwhelmed right now!
But I know I can make this work once I get my hands around the project as I have had success in web based businesses and forums in the past.
