By "improving" I mean get it where the jobs pay enough so staying in Mexico seems like a decent option. It's amazing how Mexico was actually settled before the US and Canada yet is still a 3rd world country. I wonder why that is? Not really a question of funds, it was more of a lengthy process. I am from Europe/Middle East and was lucky to get here in the 80's.

Exactly mate! I'm all for that. I know many people that came to the US and they came legally and they lived the American dream. Built their own businesses and all. It's great.

But I don't support illegally coming over the border. Or much less the ones that come over and have a baby right when they get to the USA. I can envision the husband, "Just 1 more mile and you can have the baby!"

And the solution to that is to invade MY country? Canada is sitting up there going "Thank fucking God we are on top of the hemisphere!"
