do you hate the new ICQ (version 6)
 

I was using it for the last few weeks and hated it. Infact its fucking disgusting!
I was thinking that its supposed to get better with every version....but wow this is the worst one.

I'm very glad i switched to QIP

yea it sucks had to switch back to a older version messages were not getting delivered or i would not get them till next time i logged in......

Better than the old one and better than Trillian.

I have it running on another computer but didn't like it at all, I think I'll keep 5.1 for a while yet.

Considering I finally upgraded from 2002 b..I like it

I just installed it. Doesn't really bother me.

The only thing that I'd like is to be able to have comments about other users.. so I can keep track of things a little better. Like AIM has.

I'll stick with Trillian, but I wish they'd hurry up with Astra.

I'm getting used to it now, but switching from Trillian back to ICQ caused a few errors with my contacts....

I tried to install it on another comp - was missing like 400 contacts on my list.

Shut it down, uninstalled and started Trillian back up on the other comp and guess what? It works!

Go figure

I hear ya. Trillian has more security flaws than ... some place that has a whole bunch of security flaws.

i used it for a short time during the BETA and really didn't like it...

I tryed it and I can't stand it... it seems to get worst with every version they make :disgust

I switched to qip too.Fucking icq6 consume 150 mb of memory which i abnormal while qip only 10 mb.Fuck IT!!!

this icq6 has much less functionality but its heavier than ever

ICQ 6 sucks. version 5,1 way better

i dig it, no problems with 6 here, although i prefer skype
