EPASSPORTE - what is going on ?!?
In general we get the incoming payments ( $XXXXX ) from our partners on the 5th day of each month. This month everything has changed. They've already delayed the payment for 3 days...
Although Epassporte confirms the delay and assures us this is just a technical problem on their bank side (!) - it is still a surprise for us. Are we the only one company here who faced this problem? Is the delay of incoming payments a common thing for Epassporte or just a coincidence? |

Our bank made some changes over the weekend which caused delays with wire transfers. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. Please know that we are doing everything we can to push our bank to loads these wires as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and again we are very sorry for the delay.

I dunno about ePassporte I can't signup yet because there system is shit, there service took 2-3 weeks to reply to me, such a poor company which everyone uses.

One thing amazes me:
If you transfer payment from US Bank to ePassporte (They also have US bank account?), it takes 7 days. Escrow.com sent international wire transfer to my friend from US to Pakistan, and it was received in 1 business day, approx 36 hrs. Why is that? PS: One of my sponsor also had problem loading their epass account this month, It caused 2-3 days delay in payouts which was used to be like clock-work. |

Trying to reach someone at epass is like trying to film bigfoot. Your customer service was the worst I had ever seen, and it got even worse when PS started running the majority of its biz through you guys. There have been more Elvis sightings than Epass CS reps.
Someone smart will eventually hit your niche and eat your lunch. When that day comes, me and thousands of others will jump ship and you will never get us back. Cheap bunch of bastards- (can you tell I am bitter?) |

A week have passed since our first message in this thread and only a part of the money reached our account... Such a delay smells a bit fishy.
Epassporte, do you have any financial problems? How long it will take you to transfer us our funds? Is it a matter of days / weeks / months ??? No more strange stories about "...changes over the weekend which caused delays with wire transfers.." please! |
I dont see the problem. International money transfers allways take longer, and how long it takes is not really predictable. Yes we also wire money to epassporte, and yes the last transfer also took longer then usual ,which resulted in late payments to our affiliates and such.
Knowing this, we now wire the money 1 week earlier. Problem solved. I dont understand why everybody gets so upset when money is only a few days late. Did everyone forget about the good old days where you had to go to a bank and fill out forms, and god knows how long an international wire took ? I think people are spoiled right now, resulting in disappointment. Never had any trouble with epassporte and support was allways fast. Good luck all |

When I saw this thread, I thought it was about the "other" issue regarding ePass.
As an affiliate, I'm concerned to hear that sponsors are dropping ePass as a payment option and attributing their decision to claims that ePass is putting them at risk. I was hoping to hear something from ePass about what is going on in this regard. Is ePass no longer going to be viable as a popular affiliate payment method? Are the problems being voiced publicly by programs like Epic Cash founded in general reality or are these isolated cases with their own specific issues? According to the information we have all the wire transfers sent to us HAVE REACHED the destination bank. It seems there are problems inside Epassporte... Still waiting for our funds!!!

we have sent wire receipt to epass of our usd 1000 still nothing happened.We still dint get our money solved at EPASS.
We have sent usd 1000 on the 04.06.2007 today is 19.06.2007 we still can not see our money at our EPASS Business account.We needed to pay extra for wire receipt for them,faxed them 5 days ago our money is still not at our epass. DISGUSTING! Kind regards www.Kcash.biz |
