4th TGP VIP Vegas 2003 Sugestions?
 

We have an idea and are currently working on it, but I wanted to hear from the people in case someone comes up with something better.

TGP VIP #1 - Blue Man Group
TGP VIP #2 - "O" Show
TGP VIP #3 - Traffic cruise ship
TGP VIP #4 - T.B.A.


of course the menu (MacDonald's)will be first class including free booze and all costs like usual are covered, nothing less for the elite of the industry but the event or something to do is what I'm looking for ideas on.

here's what we don't want.

-We don't want a loud band, the crowd isn't 19 years old and we like to be able to talk to each other.

-We don't want to stay up till 5am.

-We see naked people all day long and perfer to do something different for this event.




We want to RESTRICT access only to those people who actually have a clue (sorry but this eliminates Labret of course) in the free porn business. No more than 200 people and more like 150.

The average annual NET income of the guests is WELL over $100,000 year so this should be a clue as to the type of activities to plan.

who knows, if we like your idea we might even throw you an invite or two.

so lemme get this straight...u want people who arent even going to be invited to suggest what your "elite" group should do at an industry event?

Probably sounds stupid, but why not see some show or something and then a party in a suite afterwards. Never been to Vegas yet, but the shows sound pretty cool to me. Wouldn't mind seeing Siegfried and Roy...

It's at the top of the Mandalay Bay - Very Private - Awsome setting, killer view, book a house band. Not too loud so business can be done..

They have private rooms to rent.

My suggestion would be to have it in Caesars Palace in the presidential suite or a private conference room. You could have hotel catering serve drinks and some light food then everyone can sit down together and talk. Then afterwards, do a little gambling or stay in the room and get some good networking done. You can't beat Caesars in my honest opinion and what a great place to have the 4th meeting.
