I can make a decent anything, but I'd rather leave it to actual indians.

Indian buffets are wonderful.

Methinks if you'd just eaten a share of the chicken i'd just eaten then you'd be looking to your left for water........and plenty of it :helpme

I'm a chili man myself but I do love curry when it's made right...

Yeup - expensive but they don't half know what their doing with simple meats :thumbsup

If anyone here is or will be in San Diego, try Cafe India in Sports Arena area, hey have the best ever Chicken Tikka Masala I've ever eaten. I'm perfecting the recipe now...I can't wait!

I like a nice korma but it is very high in fat. Generally, I like curries where spices are used for flavour rather than heat.

Depends on my mood. I go from Korma to Vindaloo and lots in between.

Indian Chicken Bhoona! Rocks my world. My girlfriend doesn't like to eat it too often tho so I don't get it much these days. I also like to have rice, nan bread and a Mushroom Baji with it. Yummy!
