you know before she went to jail she did an interview with someone and for the first time ever she truly sounded like it already had done some good. she didnt try and play it off or make excuses , she didnt read a script or have someone say her words , she said she made mistakes she admits them , she has regrets , she could have gone to a "pay jail" but she chose instead to go to reg jail

I haven't really been following this, but from what I understand this involved a DUI and then driving on a suspended license. I personally think that anyone arrested on a DUI should 1) Have the car they were driving confiscated and then 2) Spend at least three months in jail.

And that would be just awesome if she did and got sent right back to the slammer!!

In our industry it's very common for us to hire a driver and have a car sitting outside for you when our sorry drunk asses are ready to go home. At my birthday party last year there was a line of limos. It's not like it costs all that much for a night and it's a lot better than a DUI.

i hire a car service typically then go bar hopping, its cheaper..., but yea limo's are great....$300 to be dropped off & then picked up later (without them waiting) or a dui, its not like theres a huge decision to make there if you have $

She was pulled over that second time - with her headlights off - while driving on a dimly lit stretch of windy road the my girlfriend drives home on every night.

I would bet in the past 10 years if they pulled the records, not 1 single incident comparable to hers has lead to jail time. She was jailed because of who she is, not what she did IMHO.
