Anyone have insane, vivid, epic dreams?

For the last few months I've been going into this same dream reality. Everything is nuts and I have like 1/2 control over myself.

I'm talking riding in boats away from huge sea creatures, huge evil vortexes, I can fly sometimes, I get mad ladies.. See dead relatives and etc etc.

Every fucking night its a new huge adventure.

Anyone know the meaning of this? Am I gay? Stressed?

Anyone else have huge dreams like this?

LauraLee 06-06-2007 01:10 PM

I have amazingly vivid and adventurous dreams. Interestingly enough, I have been experiencing reccuring dreams as of late that include a lot of sea life as well. Big ass sharks and whatnot. One way or another, if I am sleeping, my mind is creating a unique story that blows me away when I awake.

hey! I've had those recurring sea dreams too, I think they're supposed to mean 'change' (like pretty much every dream interpretation! :D)

but I've been having seriously weird dreams of late too. can't figure it out - moving countries wasn't supposed to be that stressful! ;)

stress could be palying a major role.

I used to get those kind of vivid dreams every night for years.
then I started smoking weed and the damn dreams stopped.

On the contrary... I always smoke right before I sleep.

And don't get me wrong.. these dreams are scary but damn fun.

Running away from a huge tornado/vortex with crazy ghostly voices is a fucking riot!

Ha ha I thought of that as soon as I posted... Every cool sounding adjective seems to also be an aff company.

I'd rather learn to make them crazier and more vivid than block them out... It's fun. When I wake up I sometimes try to go back.

I can tell when I'm about to slip into one, I see bright vivid colors flashing in my mind while my eyes are closed (must be some kind of REM thing).
As long as I don't fight the dream, I can usually slip into one pretty easily.
Have you ever had a vivid 'sex' dream?

BobG 06-06-2007 03:54 PM

I have dreams about Vivid contract stars and my EpicCash stats sometimes.

I had the most wicked dreams of my life when I was on the patch.

But that's a known side-effect of the narcotic.

Yes, just last night.. it was with "XXX Traci Parks", a gone and forgotten averagish looking solo girl.

BigBen 06-06-2007 04:05 PM

I get those almost every night. Some are so intense that you wake up with a weird feeling the next day. I have a few that I'll probably never forget. Someone posted a link above, you should definitely learn about lucid dreaming. It's pretty cool.

Thank you Verity. Actually I did have a dream once where, in my dream, it occurred to me that I was dreaming and that every word that everyone in my dream spoke was actually coming from the same person, me. So I started going around to people and asking them questions to see what they (I) would say. It was a trip. Apparently a "voluntary" part of my mind was communicating with an "involuntary" part of my mind. Best and most memorable dream I've ever had. No offense, the one's i have about you are good too. :winkwink:

I should hope so! Pity I wasn't there for that other dream though! =p

I used to have Dolby Digitial, 3d reality nightmares that used to fuck with me and my life something shocking.

The joys of PTSD.

If you want to have vivid dreams try the supplements that I use every night before bed- three ZMA pills (a combo of zinc, magnesium & vit. b-12) and one 3 mcg melatonin pill. They give one a restful sleep and intense dreams that one can often remember when you wake up .

TeenSluts 06-06-2007 09:48 PM

astral projection 4 life.

Pornwolf 06-06-2007 09:49 PM
