2257 Requirements For Foreign Models
 

I have a couple of models that have just a Russian passport. Is this good enough to cover the 2257 requirements here in the US?

2 Forms of Government issued ID, Signed releases...

Wouldn't that be for shoots done on " foreign soil " ... The way I understood it, if the shoot is in the USA, you need a USA government official piece of ID ....

Anyway, the best is to consult a lawyer , and I am not one.:thumbsup

1 form of Id is 2257 compliant. If you get more forms that is cya but doesnt go in the 2257 docs. Get the model to hold the ID and have a picture of her with it. Get a lawyer who knows adult law. www.ChadKnowsLaw.com is my personal favorite. :thumbsup

you are correct, that is what attorneys are advising their content shooting clients - if the shoot is in the USA the ID's must be American government issued.

Absolutely, but the original foreign ID is not valid for 2257 .... at least that is the impression I got ... Could be wrong, and I couldn't care less about 2257 ....
