SilkyJohnson 06-06-2007 11:58 AM

WhiplashDug 06-06-2007 12:12 PM

LOL - - $1.7 million? lol

Montreal is nice though... love the stonework.

Here though, buy the vacant lot!

Degenerate 06-06-2007 12:14 PM

That house would cost 3 times that at a minimum near me.

StuBradley 06-06-2007 12:14 PM

that 'house' looks like a train depot.

its in the west island, montreal

Boobzooka 06-06-2007 12:37 PM

A perfect example of why not to judge a place on square footage alone. That thing looks built with white trash lottery money.

Cypherpunk 06-06-2007 12:48 PM

looks like a nice house on a shitty street

Just Rob 06-06-2007 12:48 PM

how big is the lot? for a house that size im curious as to why they would build it so close to the street...

good looking house though

Doctor Dre 06-06-2007 12:48 PM

Real estate arround montreal is dirt cheap compared to other major cities.

And this looks like a brand new house...

Angry Jew Cat - Banned for Life 06-06-2007 12:50 PM

house is beautiful (well, nice enough, not what i would have built with 1.7m)

but the lot is horrible, wher ethe fuck is the yard? tell me it has a HUGE backyard...

Nismo 06-06-2007 12:52 PM

Jesus fucking christ - talk about have 0 curb appeal. They need to do some major landscaping on that property asap.

tranza 06-06-2007 12:54 PM

Damn, I thought a house like that would cost way more than $1.7 mil in Montreal!

BangTheChamp 06-06-2007 01:00 PM

house is nice but 1.7 mill in south florida will get you 2 bedroom and a garage if you're lucky

My first thought also, but it looks like there might not be any yard with it.

SykkBoy 06-06-2007 01:20 PM

that's about half the price of something like that here in Vegas

justsexxx 06-06-2007 01:23 PM

looks ugly to me...NOt that I can afford it...But still ugly:)

madawgz 06-06-2007 01:39 PM

im going again today to look at more houses, i will bring back pics :)

webair 06-06-2007 01:44 PM

ya man they need to do some work on that curb appeal thats horriffic...great house though

Kard63 06-06-2007 01:45 PM

It needs dimensional shingles on the roof and some major landscaping but its gorgeous. Do you know how many square feet it is? I think it would be about $500,000 cheaper in Indiana.

Michaelious 06-06-2007 01:48 PM

Looks like it'll be a great buy!

Nice house. I like it.

aico 06-06-2007 06:58 PM

1.7 mil? damn I am moving where ever you live and can get a house like that for only 1.7 mil.

potter 06-06-2007 08:22 PM

It's probably that cheap because of the curb appeal. Fuck that place looks like a shit hole. You'd have to crop out the surrounding of any picture you wanted to show people.
