every folder on my computer has a 521 KB file called "sample"...is this a Virus?
 

ok, i dont know how the fuck this happened, but im thinking my computer is now infected with some kind of virus, as every folder in my drive C has a folder called "sample" in it and is 521 KB in size, and looks like a outlook express envelope. Just wondering if anyone else has come across a virus like this? is this even a virus? weird shit

They are all gone...Too late to open it now...
if it was a virus, can you even safely open it in notepad?

metaform rename it to .txt then its same
but why dont u run a antivirus on it? that would might help clear out your prob
