iBill sent me a check for three times more than I'm owed so I rang and told them. They kept me on hold for 20 minutes and then said they'd "probably" issue a new smaller check - they'll let me know in a few days.

Should I have just banked the check?

maybe they were reimbursing you for sub-par customer service...

If they can't even give you the time of day when you are being honest, then fuck 'em. The reason people aren't honest are because of people like this.

after reading that ibill just fucked several webmasters the other day, i would have kept it.

i wouldn't hold your breath gothweb..... the board has been pretty savage against ibill these last few days and unless i've missed a post they haven't responded to the concerns raised.

The action ibill has taken is cowardly and represents a caving in to mccarthyite tactics.
