Why not employ them to drive traffic to your own site or sponsors?

1 sign up a day on a decent rev share or PPS will bring in a minimum $750. This should build to 2. So $1500 a month. These are minimum figures so no flaming please.

Tools are everywhere and only need to be grabbed.

So you can make $400 clear in the first month and more as it grows. Or will these guys not make 1 sign up a day?

This to me is the biggest flaw in the out sourcing area.

OK. Not pointing the finger at anyone in particular. My thinking follows an ICQ conversation with a guy in the Philippines, trying to sell me out sourcing affiliates work. I asked him why not sign up to programs and submit to your own affiliate code?

He declined. Seems he did not think he could make a profit. Good warning to newbies who think it's easy to make money.

Yeah, why don't the kids who work at McDonalds just open their own? Don't they think there's money in hamburger sales? Wouldn't they make more if they owned it then just working for it? I mean if they already know how to make a hamburger, they shouldn't be making them for someone else!

Paul, you need to quit being such a grumpy old man. I have squeezed huge amounts of value out of outsourced employees and I paid them much more than $350. Different cultures, porn isn't even allowed, it's a pain in the ass for them to figure out how to get paid, and you need to relax. For $350 what is someone going to do, lose $50,000 trying them out? Live and let live brother.
