I'm pretty much new to the whole scene here, yeah im a n00b, I have been surfing here for quite a bit and it hurts me to post this but.......

So you get a girl, shoot her and make her a paysite.....now what do you do/how do you get traffic etc?

Well i'm also new to this, but i believe they gain traffic by setting up an affiliate program (hope you know what that meas) basically it means that they generate traffic to you site, and when you have a sale, they will get an share of that sale. So lets say you offer a subscription to your site for 29.95, and you affiliate program stats that they will get 40% for every sale, you and him have sales.

You can make people aware of you porgram by posting on this board and start some sort of competition which will keep you post up high.

you had better be shooting a ton of content of that girl if you plan on doing a solo girl site. They are only 18 for so long and will only look that young for so long. You never know when she will bail on you as well. Make sure to stock pile a ton of content for future updates etc.

There are many factors that take place at one time influencing sale of memberships together (also on the other side, there are many things/possibilities you could do to boost the sales).

Anyway, its all complex and things depends on your budget and how much time & money are you willing to invest.

As you said, lots of ppl are hanging around webmaster boards - you can do some good promo there even with less investment, but thats just the top of the ice.

As you correctly mentioned, having your affiliate program ready and working is an mandatory thing so people can join you. Running a succesfull affiliate program is not easy task, again you need to know what you are doing.

To put it in a very simple way - you give affiliates good deal, marketing tools, sample galleries or sample content so they can make the galleries themselves and then hope to have them promoting you. Also, as explained in the above post, you need good shitload of conent for takeoff.

Once its all ready, a tool like Chameleon submitter will send the galleries you have to all relevant TGP/MGP sites out there - its a traffic generator for your sites and good for promo as well.

Sponsors and affiliate programs either use it in-house as a way to self-promote or they have affiliates use it and work for the affiliate program this way.

Thanks for the posts but i thought it was shoot one or two, maake a site, market them and then build your way up because i dont see how anyone starting out would be able to shoot a shit load of content to start off!

Sorry but you don't need an affiliate program to have a successful paysite.

Depending on the size of your team, you can have people doing the job of affiliates (i.e. making TGP's, Blogs, Freesites etc) instead, and this way theres less costs involved so more net profit for you.

you need alot of content for the site.. If you atart a new site it may take month's for a surfer to join. If I was a porn consumer I would not join a new site right away. If your charging 19.95 or 29.95 I would wait a few month's to join so I would get MORE (content) for my money. You also have to make sure the model/model's are marketable and what do they do that you feel is special (NICHE) that is some what profitable. The Key is VIDEO'S you have to have a min I feel of 10 full length video's before the site is launched and about 10-15 picture galleries. This is a hard market.. make sure you HAVE all your duck's in a row before starting.. merchant account, Hosting company

You need a shitload of content in order to have an affiliate site. It'd never work without having material for your affiliates to use.

Read these boards for months before making any moves. There is a lot of information here.
