im going out to get a system today... should i get the PS3 or the XBOX360

Also, what games do you recommend for each one??

Costco has the PS3 for pretty cheap

Going by the games out now, 360 has by far the best selection...

Bingo. My PS3 sits and collects dust for the most part.

I have a 360 and I love it, but cant really say since I havent even tried the ps3.

Get the 360 this year. Next year will be the PS year with metal gear and GT coming out. but there's nothing comparable to gears of war and forza motorsport 2 on the ps3 yet and halo 3 is coming in sept.

yeah 360 if you want a lot of games right now, ps3 will be better when more of a selection of games start to come out for it.

I have a PS3 and I just use it to watch BlueRay and play a few games. The 360 is the way to go if your looking for a bunch of games right now. the PS3 games are coming slow ..

If you want something that can be useful in the future go for Ps3 as MikeVega sayd but if you don't then go and buy x360

If you want to play games now...I would recommend the 360. My favorite games for 360 are FEAR and Condemned. I love scary games. I couldn't play FEAR by myself, I could only play when my boyfriend was home! :upsidedow

I have a PS3. F.E.A.R. is a great game.

It's a great system, but you'd have more choice in games for the 360

grab the HD version of the Xbox 360...huge 120 gig HDD, HD DVD drive, way more games, etc etc....I love mine:thumbsup

Xbox360! The games that were released on the 360 and then ported over to the PS3 look like crap.

360 all the way. PS3 has more processing power but until games come out that take advantage of it you're driving a Ferrari down a dirt road.

I love my PS3! Blue Ray rocks and to me that was what made it a better choice. I only play a few games and I have a few PS2 games but my PS3 is my daily DVD player and I buy Blue Ray movies whenever they are available on that
