subway (no mayo or cheese, wheat bread)
el pollo loco (chicken breast)
japanese (sushi with brown rice or straight up sashimi)
outback take-out (sirloin or filet, steamed veggies)
mcdonalds (grilled chicken sandwhich no mayo)

the list goes on, just be smart about what you're ordering

in a non-stick pan, without oil, it's like grilled, if one doesn't have a grill or he's lazy.

I'd love to find some fastfood which is healthy too since when I'm at the office, I don't easily have the time to go home and cook.

warlock5 06-04-2007 11:23 PM

biggest problem for me is convenience..

frozen foods fucking rock. frozen vegetables, noname steaks individually frozen (prefer for the chicken and salmon, get steak fresh), frozen fruit is good too but don't overdue it. Also avoid all the white carbs including potatoes.

I ate stir-fry tonight.

Pretty healthy stuff, considering.

Bok choi, carrots, celery, red pepper, zucchini,, Japenese green beans, scallions, water chestnuts, and yes.... stir-fried chicken. All with a sweet soy glaze. Over white rice.

But yeah - aside from the wok or our of the saucepan, I prefer my meats out of the oven, or even better - off the grill.
