ePassporte Card On Wrong Name
 

just received my second ePassporte Card on the Wrong name again.... I mean it's completely wrong - only one letter from my last name and full middle name which I don't even have in my passport. and this is after I asked ePass to change my info and they confirmed the change is made 3 times....

so my question is - has anybody had their name changed on ePass Card? I have a feeling that if I ask them for a new card I will have another 20 bucks taken from my account and receive third Card on the Wrong name again....

the name doesn't matter, it is just an ATM card. If you can get the money out don't let it bother you.

My card stopped working in my local store, I have no idea what happened.

Yep, same with me.
I specifically said what name I wanted but they ignored me and put my username on instead. I then asked them to change it and paid $10 to get it done quickly. They said thanks and were going to put another wrong name on it. This time Michael O managed to help out and got the correct name printed. However, this is typical of the problems I have had with epass.

Unless you deal with Michael O directly you will get absolutely nowhere!

use it only on ATM's but if you want to buy from a store you need that fixed asap

problem is when ATM eat your card you won't get it back....


anyother ways to contact Michale O than ICQ? I don't see him often online

I only use mine at the few atm's that you slide your card in and out. there are not a lot of those and takes some looking around.

Yep that is critical problem on epass but i use card only at atm so i dont give a damn.

at least you are kinda anonymos that way :)
