Question for Paycom reps

If a company is incorporated in EU region (UK), with principal being a NON RESIDENT of EU, can Paycom still process
1. Visa
2. Mastercard alone?
Can someone from paycom clarify please?

No - You must be a resident of the EU to process in the EU region.
