when the hammer drops, just moving your servers offshore won't cut it.
you will have to relocate as well, or you may as well keep your servers in the US too.

If you're hosted in US, you still have to follow US law. Maybe they won't come for you, but they can shut down your US server and arrest you if you enter US border.

What Im saying that decision came down along time ago its called the miller test.

I think the entire concept of what the general public considers obscene has changed greatly in the past ten or twenty years. Most of us will be fine.
