Use Joomla and use one of these extensions:

LinX - Reciprocal link exchange component (SEO)
JV-LinkExchanger (my fav)

No I'm just looking for a normal linkdirectory script that I can allow people to submit link to the site. However I want to have a top list on the front page that ranks the sites sending back the most hits.

Yea I know about linkx but it only seems to track clicks out, but nothing coming in. There are already way too many blog directories out there. So if I build a new on I want it to be different than all the rest.

I've seen a few that run custom script that will rank submitted blogs by traffic in. I was just hoping there was a directory script out there that had this ability.

I use linkex.dk on a few of my feeder sites and have little problems so far. It's free.

Yea I've seen most of the ones suggested, but none of them offer the ability to list the links by traffic in.

I don't want to use a trade script or top list script to run a directory site.
